Dr. Isaac James Schaeffer, PCC, is a minister and pastoral counselor who has served in the ministry for over 35 years. He founded Jahshua Global, a ministry outreach to the Caribbean diaspora. The organization's mission is to "bring those who are far close and those who are close near." 

 

Throughout his career, Dr. Schaeffer has conducted research and presented workshops on various topics, such as leadership, resiliency, emotional wellness, marriage, and family. His ultimate goal is to guide people towards the light of God's love.

JP Gerona is a highly experienced professional in financial and systems management. At Jahshua Global, he is responsible for financial planning and business management, ensuring the fiscal soundness of the ministry while maintaining system integrity.

 

With his knowledge and skills, he will ensure that the ministry's financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support our calling and mission under Christ.

Wendy S. Schaeffer, MS, SPHR, is a capable and enthusiastic workshop leader, adjunct faculty member, performance coach, and career development expert.  An experienced facilitator and teacher, she has facilitated learning outcomes in a wide variety of settings, including government, nonprofits, and churches. 

 

Her background includes Christian ministry, and working with youth and families. Wendy serves in the ministry with her husband and is the parent of six children.   Together with her husband, she is a co-founder of Jahshua Global.​
